This skirt is 25 yards of soft chiffon, instead of 40 yards, and is perfect for 18 Months to about 6 or a little older. It is easy to get around in, not as heavy as regular pettiskirts! Has a lingerie type elastic waist, and it comes in: Red, White, Black or Light Pink. We ship them in just a day, sometimes the same day! Occasionally, we have a 2 day wait. MEASURE/SIZES: Pettiskirts are measured in 2 ways: 1 the waist, which is adjustable for about 6-10 inches! Next, is the length! This is important, because when you have the right length, the skirt will look its' fluffiest, or not as fluffy...a personal choice! An infant length is 10-13", and this allows them to look super ruffled while baby is sitting. Great for portraits. For a girl 18 Month to 4, the length should be 13" - This allows maximum ruffles and ease of moving around For a girl 4-8, the length should be around 15", again allowing for maximum ruffles and movement. For a preteen to a teen and even adult, the length should be around 18" to 21". It really depends on the height of the person. The shorter the person, the shorter the skirt you want to get. At this point, waist size does not matter. A size Adult Small will be waists from 21 to 34. A Medium Adult will be waist size 26-40.
