All of our orders are shipped via the UPS Postal or UPS. We need 48 hours (M-F) and possibly longer to ship an order. Some orders will go before this time frame. During Halloween, Christmas, and Easter, orders can take 4 business days before they ship

Children's and Baby Name bracelets take two to four days for designing and producing and then they ship out to you. Please carefully review the spelling and size that you order. This is a personalized item made just for you. It is not returnable. However, should there be an error on our end, we will take care of it right away.

We do not take returns or exchanges on the following products: Name Bracelets, Clothing (skirts, shirts, etc.) , Leg Warmers.

Special Note: When you purchase an item on our site, you are authorizing and charging your own credit card, when you finalize the order. We do not charge your credit card later, you do it instantly, through the automated system.

Once a product is packed and shipped, you are the owner of the package. While we use every precaution and excellent shipping methods, should a package not arrive due to an error you made in your address, or an error the post office makes, we cannot be held responsible for that. Please enter your address with every detail, and with complete accuracy. IF you live in a suite or apartment, and your package is stolen from your front door, or wherever your postal / UPS delivery person left it, we are not responsible. Many people will leave a note for the delivery people, to alert them about a package coming, and give SPECIFIC instructions on where to leave package, OR not to leave package if they are not home. This is a very good idea, and we recommend it, if you think you may have a problem with theft at your home. By placing an order on our website, you agree that you have entered your address correctly, and that you take ownership for the package once it leaves our hands.
